The problem is that the graphics in EMI, particularly the character models, were just BAD.įor pretty much all of the late 90s there was a blind belief among game companies that ALL GAMES MUST BE 3D, or they will not sell, the companies will atrophy and die and be laughed at. Note that people don't complain like this about, say, CMI. I still occasionally play old adventures from the 80's, so I don't see any reason why 10 year old game would need graphic update.
Wow, I never realized that adventure gamers are as graphic hungry as those who play first person shooters.
